ACS 2026 Competition Now Open: Time to Showcase Your Cheeses

The American Cheese Society (ACS) has officially opened submissions for its 2026 Judging & Competition, the industry’s premier showcase for artisanal and cultured dairy excellence. From January 6 through March 19, entries are being accepted—giving makers big and small a chance to have their work evaluated, celebrated, and recognized by some of the most knowledgeable palates in the business.

Why enter? The ACS Judging & Competition isn’t just about medals. It’s a platform to get detailed, constructive feedback from expert judges, earn industry recognition, and share your success in press coverage that highlights the best in cheesemaking. Winning entries come with medals and ACS winner graphics that can live on your packaging indefinitely—plus the ultimate perk: bragging rights that tell the world you’re at the top of your craft.

  • Call for Entries: January 6 – March 19, 2026
  • Early Bird Pricing: $75 per entry (Jan 6 – Feb 3)
  • Regular Pricing: $100 per entry (Feb 4 – Mar 19)
  • Competition Week:
    • Receiving: May 18–20
    • Judging: May 21–22
