Thirty years of Fromager d’Affinois in the U.S.—that’s a milestone worth celebrating. Fromagerie Guilloteau brought the story to life at their winter Fancy Faire booth, reminding everyone why this creamy, velvety cheese has been a favorite on counters and cheeseboards for three decades.

2026 isn’t just about looking back. Fromager d’Affinois is rolling out new projects across products, packaging, and activations—opening fresh opportunities in retail and foodservice. Charlotte Auriault, Marketing Manager Americas and Sales Manager LATAM, shared that the year promises plenty of exciting developments for both shoppers and partners.
The prepack range, launched in 2025, has been a hit. It keeps the signature creaminess and ultra-thin rind fans adore, now in a convenient, ready-to-go format. With modern packaging and strong storytelling, it’s not just cheese—it’s an experience on the shelf.
