The expansion reflects ongoing demand for convenient, high-quality charcuterie in smaller portion sizes. Consumers continue to look for premium options that are easy to enjoy without prep, whether for snacking, lunch, or casual entertaining.
The new lineup introduces a mix of classic and more globally influenced flavors, including:
- Espelette Salami, made with French Basque-style Espelette pepper for a mild heat and subtle sweetness
- Black Truffle Salami, featuring black summer truffles for a rich, earthy flavor
- Genoa Salami, a traditional option seasoned with garlic, black pepper, and wine
- Barolo Salami, based on a family recipe from founder Cristiano Creminelli and made with Barolo wine
- Wild Boar Salami, combining Texas-sourced wild boar with pork for a slightly gamey profile
All products are made with pork raised without antibiotics or added hormones, and use simple ingredients without added nitrates or nitrites.
Each SKU includes 2 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is packaged in trays, with 12 units per case.
