If you’re a fan of the sweet-and-savory magic that happens when blue cheese meets fruit, this sandwich is calling your name. Creamy, tangy Maytag Blue gets paired with salty prosciutto, fresh figs, peppery greens, and a drizzle of honey, all tucked between crisp, golden slices of rustic bread. It’s an easy lunch or light meal that feels a little fancy without making you work too hard for it—and that’s a cheese sandwich worth celebrating.
