Point Reyes Sets New Record at 2026 American Cheese Society Competition

Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. had its best showing yet at the 2026 American Cheese Society (ACS) Judging & Competition, earning six awards across a range of cheese styles. The results highlight the creamery’s continued commitment to quality and craftsmanship more than 25 years after it first began making cheese.

Held July 7–10 in Louisville, Kentucky, the ACS competition is one of the country’s most respected blind tastings. Every entry is judged anonymously by industry professionals, with cheeses evaluated on flavor, aroma, texture, and appearance.
